TESTIMONIALS

My two boys have been coming to VT1 for years. It has been so important for their confidence and development. The coaches are not just great teachers, but they are also great role models. So happy we found it!

My kids do the Jiu Jitsu program. The staff are superb and not only can teach martial arts but have developmental education. It's helped us deal with confidence, bullying and most important it puts a smile on my son's face when he puts his uniform on.

The VT1 Academy Story

Our family, the Resnekov's, have been teaching on the north shore for close to 30 years. Starting with a Karate Dojo in Hornsby, then Gordon, then Pymble and Roseville. At some stage most of the north shore passed through our family school and we still have adults - doctors, lawyers - tell us how important martial arts were for them as children. We, Dylan and Liam, started training martial arts at 4 years old and by 10 we were assisting with teaching classes. Not only did it teach us discipline, confidence and self defense, but it also showed us that we were capable of so much more than we imagined. Martial arts is the best gift you can give your children. It will teach them so many lessons, but most importantly, it will teach them belief in themselves. Our Academy in Chatswood offers a variety of programs to suit different needs, but the most important thing is to remember that a journey of 1000 miles, starts with the first step.

Give it a try, you won't regret it.
